The space Collimare Bed and Breakfast is a retreat immersed in the tranquility of the hills, with a beautiful sea view and spaces designed with attention to detail to offer privacy, comfort, peace and relaxation in connection with nature. The recently built, family-run property is located in a unit adjacent to our house and offers guests cozy rooms, a large bathroom, a bright living room with a sea view, a TV and a dining table, as well as outdoor spaces with a courtyard, a covered terrace, a garden, green plants, and furniture for relaxing. Guests can also enjoy outdoor parking on the property. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the reserved accommodations during their stay and to the areas of the property at their disposal, without sharing with other guests. Accessible spaces include the living room and outdoor spaces such as the garden, the outdoor courtyard, and the porch terrace. The kitchen, which is exclusively for the host's use for preparing breakfast in the morning, may not be used. During your stay We are always available to guests for any need, and we like to socialize, sharing tips and experiences about this beautiful area, the Gulf of Policastro. Here, guests will find smiles, a family welcome, and genuine hospitality, very different from the services offered in a hotel. We are also available to offer advice on how to make the most of your vacation days, and we prepare homemade breakfasts with care and attention to detail ❤. Other things to note The property was created for hospitality with passion and attention to detail, and guests are asked to be considerate and respectful. We are located in Policastro Bussentino, in a hilly area, about 3 minutes by car from the beaches and the national road, so you need a car. Use of the kitchen or appliances for preparing meals (oven, stove, etc.) is not available; any small tea/coffee appliances provided in the living room area and indicated in the welcome package can still be used. Pets are not allowed inside the property. Accommodation tax to be paid upon arrival: €2 per person.
