9th century house with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, two of which are independent, in the countryside but close to the town of Les Herbiers and 12 km from the Puy du Fou park with all its amenities. You will appreciate its magnificent setting with its 2 ponds full of fish, its 300-year-old oaks on more than 4 ha of hilly terrain and absolute calm, its wild life with frequent visits from deer, squirrels, as well as the nests of many birds including ducks and gray herons. The ponds are populated by perch, carp and perch, roach... Fishing is possible, a boat is available as well as two canoes and kayaks. The house is very comfortable, surprising because the wood dominates inside, which makes it particularly warm, it has a very large billiard room library (76 m²) and a renovated kitchen dining room.
