All three bedrooms are upstairs, and a peaceful night's sleep is assured in this location with no road noise and sturdy, thick walls. The house bathroom is modern and has both a bath and a walk-in shower to give you a choice of a relaxing soak or a quick shower. There is also a handy extra WC upstairs. There's plenty to do in this area - miles and miles of sandy beaches (with the striking new Silecroft Beach Cafe), climbing Black Combe (fabulous views over the Duddon Estuary) or further up the coast to Ravenglass, Muncaster Castle, Scafell Pike and Britain's best view at Wasdale. Coniston Water is only around 35 minutes away with no end of fabulous mountain walks, lake cruises and watersports. If you've only stayed in the middle of the Lakes before, you are missing a brilliant place for a holiday with the bonus of no crowds!
