It has several sofas, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, as well as a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people (high chair for baby available). 🍳 The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook like at home: oven, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee maker. 🛏️ The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a baby bed, ideal for families with children. 🚿 The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. 🚻 Separate toilet for extra comfort. 🌞 Outside, enjoy a terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. A large, fully fenced garden surrounds the house and offers a safe space where children can play freely. 🚗 Parking is available in front of the house to facilitate your parking. ✨ An ideal place to stay for families or groups of friends, combining calm, space and proximity to amenities. Guest access The cottage is equipped with a lockbox for self check-in. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times at your convenience, subject to availability. Cleaning is required upon your departure (cleaning products are available under the sink). No pets allowed. The accommodation is located on the second floor of the house. The provision of sheets and towels is automatically included for a double bed and 2 towels. However, for any additional bed, you have two options: - or you can bring your own linens and towels; - Or we can offer you a package including bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels, at a rate of €10 per bed. Please don't hesitate to confirm your choice. Please follow these waste sorting instructions upon your departure: Please separate your waste according to the following guidelines to facilitate its processing: - Packaging, plastics, paper and cardboard, metals and food cartons: to be thrown in the yellow trash bin. - Organic waste (food scraps, peels): to be thrown in the compost bin. - Glass and jars: throw them in the glass bin or take them to the nearest collection point. - Other waste (miscellaneous household waste): to be disposed of in the black/green bin, after being sealed in a trash bag. Many remarkable tourist sites are located a few km from the cottage such as the Cirque de Consolation, the Rocher du Bourbet, the Roche de Ruan, the Saut de Doubs, the Barrage du Châtelot, the ladders of death or the gazebos of the Doubs pools (see photos in the listing). For outdoor activities the Combe Saint Pierre located 10 km from the cottage (Charquemont) offers many possibilities: tree climbing, deval'kart, cycling, ice rink (winter), archery, etc. We remain at your disposal during your stay for any information about the region, tourist sites to visit, walks, etc.
