Just a 5 min walk to Highland Lake Beach and the heart of downtown Bridgton, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy all the local favorites—live music on Main Street, the Magic Lantern movie theater, shops,restaurants and pubs. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the short drive to Pleasant Mountain for skiing, hiking, and snowmobiling. Plus, only 35 minutes from North Conway and just an hour from Portland. The space 1 bedroom privste unit with cozy fresh linens, living room and small kitchen/kitchenette are as pictured. Steps to down town Bridgton and the lake, beach chairs provided. You have your own private space and there is another 1 bedroom Apartment rental Suite in the building that may share the outside space, (game room, fire pit, hot tub, picnic area) if also rented. All pets require pre approval and agreement to the pet policy and pet fee per dog. Early and late check in are dependent on our independent cleaners schedules and may require a slight fee to adjust their schedule accommodate your request. No smoking inside the building but smoking is allowed outside by the picnic table or designated areas. The game room, hot tub, fire pit, grill, picnic table, ping pong is all part of the outdoor space. EV charging is available for $10 per night. Guest access You have private access to your unit and designated parking with potentially shared access to the outdoor game room, fire pit, hot tub, grill and picnic area. if the other unit it rented. Other things to note Community & House Rules: Since we could potentially be hosting other guests in our an other 1 bedroom listing, we kindly ask you to be a good neighbor. Please respect others by keeping noise to a minimum, parking in designated spots, and not inviting additional guests or trespassing on neighbors’ properties. Also, if you need additional bedrooms, you can rent the other suite, with its own private living room, kitchen, living area, bathroom and private space. You have your own private suite and have shared access to the common, outside amenities, hot tub, fire pit, grill, etc, if other guests are also booked in the other 1 bedroom listing and using those amenities at the same time. While our listing allows Instant Book, please note that all reservations are still subject to review and approval.
