Description
Everything you need at this peaceful and centrally-located 3 BR home. Only 1 mile away from Pipestone National Monument. Shopping and downtown are within walking distance. City swimming pool one block away around the corner. Open to pets so please be aware of that if you have cat allergies. The space Please note that this property is open to tenants who have pets. This is great for people who have pets and want to travel with them. For those who do not have pets, please be aware that people have stayed before who have had a dog or a cat or some other type of domestic animal. So if you have allergies to cats, you should be aware that cats have stayed at the property before. And sometimes when I come to the property I bring my cat if I'm going be there longer than a few days.... like if I'm working on a project that's gonna take a couple of weeks or something then I might stay in whatever rental is open and work on that. Since this notice is in the description of the house, there will be no refund for people who book knowing that they have an allergy to cats or dogs (though I have never heard of an allergy to any animal except cats) or some other type of animal. There is more than one rental on the property. So while you don't share an entry and you don't share a living space and may or may not not ever see the other people who live in a different apartment, the property grounds are shared. Also, the laundry machines are in an unfinished basement. Though tenants like them because they are free to use and can be used anytime, please be aware that an unfinished basement means that the basement is not pretty. You may see me on the property from time to time or at least see my truck parked there out in the back when I am working on a project on the property and it might be in the other apartment or in the basement, etc. The upstairs apartment has a completely separate entrance and when I stay in the bottom level I never notice the people upstairs... hardly ever. Their entrance is in the back of the house. Other things to note When tenants move in, I usually have 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper in there to get them started. Usually there will be a little bit of hand soap or a little bit of dish soap or a little bit of paper towels etc to get them started so they don't have to go to the store right away when they get there especially if they come in late at night. However, it's only to get them started. I think most tenants appreciate it to start off with. But since it's not a hotel where they're continuously restocked, it's up to the tenants to get themselves the things that they need while they're living there when and if they run out of whatever I had left in there. Some tenants will only stay for a few days and will probably never use up whatever's left in there like they won't use a lot of dish soap in 3 days but some people stay for months so they would be in charge of buying their own stuff once they run out of whatever is in there. While there are towels, you will need to buy your own shampoo and toothpaste and stuff like that, including your own laundry soap and stuff to do laundry with like dryer sheets et cetera.
