Chateau One sits on the upper floor of a two-level villa on a hill, in a living regenerative farm. The rustic home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a shared living space, designed for small groups, families, or couples who value space and stillness. Time moves slower at Chateau One. Its simple grounded character, quiet surroundings, sound of birds and crickets - encourages rest, reflection, and ease. The space Chateau One is on Palette o’ Green ’n Red (PGR Farm), a working farm set on a hillside near Ramanagara, Karnataka, shaped by permaculture principles. It is a place where farming, built-spaces, and everyday life overlap soulfully. Paths wind through a mango orchard, the land opens out toward hills and sky, and daily life follows a slower rhythm. The farm is spread out, offering privacy, open views, and space to walk, sit, read, or simply pause. Sounds of birds, insects, and farm activity are part of the background. Sustainability here isn’t only a label but embedded in how the farm is designed, lived in and cared for. Spaces are simple, functional, and intentional, with comfort coming from light, air, and calm rather than excess or ornamentation. We serve healthy, homely vegetarian food, prepared fresh and shared as part of the farm experience. Meal charges: ₹200 for breakfast, ₹300 for lunch, and ₹300 for dinner, and ₹150 for snacks. Note: our property is strictly alcohol and substance free. It is a safe and lively environment for children. PGR Farm suits guests who value stillness, respect nature, and feel at ease in quiet, rural surroundings. It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for constant service, nightlife, adventure sports, or a polished luxury stay. But if you’re seeking rest, unwinding, clarity, and time that unfolds gently, the farm meets you where you are. Guest access Guests are welcome to access all parts of the farm (except for other private rooms), and are encouraged to walk around and explore. Other things to note Here are some house rules / guidelines to follow: 1. Please keep doors closed at all times. 2. No footwear inside. 3. No smoking under a roof. 4. No alcohol or substance use. 5.
