THE CABINS – SOULFUL LUXURY IN NATURE This package includes: 1 cabin - 1 bedroom (king or twin), 1 bathroom, with outdoor tub 4 cabins - 2 bedrooms (king or twin), 1 bathroom, 3 of which have outdoor tub Each of the five cabins in this offering is a sanctuary of comfort and style, sleeping up to 18 guests across 9 plush superking beds, or 18 twin beds. Designed in a rustic-luxe boho aesthetic, every cabin combines raw natural textures with refined details—think handcrafted furnishings, earthy palettes, and the kind of understated elegance that soothes the senses. All cabins have large private decks that open out to uninterrupted views of Freedom Lake and the countryside with bifold doors that blur the line between inside and out. The kitchens are fully fitted with everything you need for home cooking: oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and even a washing machine. We’ve stocked them with all pots, pans, crockery and utensils—right down to the hand soap and sponge. The bathrooms offer spa-level comfort with monsoon power showers, thick bath towels, and soft high-thread-count bed linens for a restful night. It’s the kind of place where you pour a glass of wine, slide open the doors, and let the birdsong or breeze roll right in. THE YURTS – CEREMONY, CINEMA & SACRED SPACE Our two yurts are showstoppers in their own right, offering flexible indoor spaces for ceremony, connection, creativity, or rest. The 7m Lounge Yurt is soft, warm, and irresistibly cosy. Sheepskin rugs and giant bean bags make it feel like you’ve stepped into a cloud. By night, it transforms into a cinema space, with a 65” TV. It comfortably seats up to 11 guests and is the perfect place to retreat with a cup of tea, a good film, or deep conversations into the night. The 9m Ceremonial Yurt is our sacred space—a beautifully woven circular temple of rugs, mats, mattresses, and layered textures. With eye pillows, blankets, and cushions. It holds up to 16 guests on mattresses. It’s ideal for breathwork, sound healing, yoga, or deeply personal group journeys. Both yurts are heated (though still yurts—they ebb and flow with the seasons) and come with a unique boho-tribal interior style. These spaces are included with your stay but must be booked in advance if you wish to use them as there may be other groups using them too. Let us know your desired times in advance so we can check availability and have them ready for you. THE EYE BISTRO & KITCHEN – WHERE GATHERINGS COME TO LIFE The Eye Bistro is unlike anywhere else. Set high above the valley with a 360-degree indoor/outdoor bar, this space is light, open, and full of soul. Floor-to-ceiling views look out over the rolling hills and tree-lined horizon, catching sunrise, sunset, and everything in between. This is your shared hangout zone, available to all guests during your stay. Whether you’re hosting a celebration, a karaoke night, or just sipping local lager by the wood-burning stove, the vibes are always great in this space. Our team is on hand to run the bar, and it seats around 50 guests, making it perfect for retreats or intimate celebrations. Through a beautiful covered bridge, you’ll find our professional catering kitchen, fully equipped for private dining or large group meals. With high-spec appliances, pots, pans, and beautiful tableware, it’s included for use during your stay subject to availability (it must be booked in advance). If you prefer not to cook, we can also connect you with incredible local chefs for everything from celebratory feasts to nourishing retreat menus. THE JUNGLE CLUB – SUNSET VIBES ON THE LAKE Tucked away beside Tribal Lake, The Jungle Club is a hidden gem. With its eclectic cosy decor, plush velvet sofas, board games, wood burner and wall-spanning bifold doors, it’s the ultimate indoor/outdoor chill-out spot. As the sun dips behind the lake and the sky turns molten gold, this is where you’ll want to be—gathered with friends, feet up, drinks in hand. If you’d prefer to enjoy this space privately, it can be hired for exclusive use for £180 per evening, with the bar manned by our team. FIREPIT LOUNGES – STARGAZING & STORYTELLING We have four firepit lounges, each with its own unique personality and setting: The Meteor – right on Freedom Lake, perfect for stargazing by water The Hive – nestled in our sacred geometry garden with picnic benches and adirondack chairs The Edge – perched above The Hive with panoramic views of the retreat and surrounding valley Yin Yang Amphitheatre with Headspace Yurt – a sheltered indoor/outdoor space with swing seats, a ping pong table, and a vibrant community feel. The 11m Yurt is great for yoga, ecstatic dance and other activities. These spaces are made for evening cookouts, storytelling circles, or sharing songs under the stars. With no light pollution, you’ll see the Milky Way stretch across the sky. Firepits must be booked in advance via our website (logs and utensils included). THE PENDULUM – WILD JOY AWAITS At the edge of Freedom Lake, a giant hand-carved swing awaits—aptly named The Pendulum. Whether you’re five or fifty, there’s something magical about swinging high above the lake as the wind rushes past and the sun dances on the water. It’s a guest favourite, often described as a portal to the inner child. FREEDOM LAKE – SWIM, FLOAT, FEED THE FISH Our most active lake, Freedom Lake, is your natural swimming pool. With no chemicals, no barriers, and no chlorine—just water, birdsong, and the occasional frog chorus. Swim like a mermaid, bask on the jettee, or take the rowboat out for a peaceful paddle. The lake is also home to the friendliest fish you’ve ever met—bring food and they’ll come right to you. Please note that the lake is unguarded and offers a truly wild experience, so swim at your own risk. LAKESIDE SAUNA – FIRE & ICE RITUALS A beautiful wood-fired sauna sits right at the water’s edge, complete with a jettee for wild plunges and a decked chill area for post-sauna tea or cold dips. It comfortably fits 6 guests and is available to book in advance—we’ll light it for you, so all you have to do is step in and sweat it out. ZENSCAPE STAGE – STILLNESS OVER WATER Our floating deck over Freedom Lake is a peaceful, grounding space for sunrise meditation, journaling, yoga, or group connection. Use it anytime for your own practice or simply to sit and feed the fish while soaking in the view. THE WOODLANDS – NATURE’S CATHEDRAL Explore acres of ancient woodland—private, untouched, and whispering with life. Winding paths lead through mossy clearings, over small bridges, and along the banks of a flowing stream. In spring it’s bursting with wildflowers; in autumn it glows golden. This is a space to get lost in the best way. THE FARM – EARTH-LED & SOUL FED We’re gently moving toward full self-sufficiency, powered by solar energy and fuelled by nature. Our chickens live in the “Zen Hen” outdoor coop, and during high-yield months, you’ll find fresh eggs and seasonal veg boxes at the bistro. No pesticides, no chemicals—just honest, earth-grown food. WALKS & LOCAL WONDERS You’re free to roam the full 40 acres, but if you fancy stretching your legs further, there’s a hidden gate to the Bude Aqueduct trail, which winds its way through the landscape to Tamar Lakes and Dunsdon Nature Reserve. Within 15–30 minutes drive, you’ll find: Bude’s beautiful beaches (Widemouth, Crooklets, Summerleaze, Sandymouth, Northcott and more). Bude also has a Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Lidl should you need supplies. Magical Boscastle with its quaint landscape nestled amongst the hills alongside a stunning river, full of interesting shops and local trinkets. The sacred waterfall at St. Nectan’s Glen, close to Tintagel, an incredible trail to walk with a cafe at the end. If you’re brave, you can even take a costume and stand under the waterfall! The fishing villages of Padstow and Port Isaac. A great day trip if you wish to explore the area further. Port Isaac was home to the famous TV show, “Doc Martin” for many years. RETREATS, CEREMONIES & SOUL OFFERINGS This land holds ceremony beautifully. We offer deep, heart-led experiences for groups including shamanic breathwork, sound journeys, meditation, ecstatic dance and movement practices. We also co-create bespoke ceremonies for sacred celebrations: birthdays, anniversaries, mother blessings, love unions, and soul reunions. These can include blessings, intuitive art, red rope rituals, hand-tying ceremonies, song circles, fire ceremonies, and more. Each ceremony is custom crafted and deeply held—because these moments matter.
