Our fully furnished apartment is located in Bad Waltersdorf, in the green heart of Austria, in Styria. Relax in the wellness world with a sauna and steam bath on 2300 m2 or have a culinary delight in the restaurants. The space Our apartment (60m2) is fully furnished and you find everything what you need for living and relaxing. A (sleeping) couch, a comfortable box spring bed, a bathromm with shower and bath tub. You find 2 TVs: one in the living room and one in the bed room. Our kitchen is fully equiped with cutlery, dishes, kitchen utensils and Wineglas - if you wish to cook yourself or enjoy a nice breakfast in the apartment. Guest access - Use of the apartment, balcony and small front yard - free use of th entire Spa Resort Styria including Spa- and Wellness area - free use of the gym and sports program - use of all public facilities like Lobby, Restaurants, Bar, Shop - at the Check-in you receive a bathrobe and bag for your entire stay Other things to note - ONLY ADULTS Hotel (16 years and above) - non-smoking apartment (smoking is allowed onyl in the balcony) - visitors tax (3,50€) per night and per person and all addtional charges like Dining, Drinks, spa treatments and so on have to be paid at the reception uopn check-out - private parking place
