We’re tucked in a small local alley in Chinatown, just a short 5–7 minute walk (around 450m) to MRT Wat Mangkon and only a minute from Yaowarat street food. It’s a comfortable place to stay, especially if you want somewhere you can relax, work, or stay a bit longer without feeling cramped. The space This is an 80 sqm 2-level (duplex) private stay across the 4th and 5th floors, suitable for up to 4 guests. The layout separates your sleeping and living areas, making the space feel more comfortable and private. 💛 Lower level: • Bedroom (queen + single bed) • Work desk • Private balcony • Bathroom 💛 Upper level: • Cozy living area • Dining space • Mini kitchen (microwave, fridge, sink, utensils) • Second bathroom The two levels are connected by a private staircase from the balcony, which adds a bit of character to the space. 💛 You’ll also have: • Extra floor mattress prepared for bookings of 4 guests • Washing machine • 55” Smart TV with Netflix • Fast Wi-Fi (500/500 Mbps) This setup works well if you want more room to unwind, stay comfortably, or spend time together, and is especially suitable for longer stays. Just a quick note: The unit is accessible by stairs only (no elevator). Guest access 💛 You’ll also have access to shared facilities in the building: • Ground floor pantry with microwave, toaster, utensils, and a Coway water purifier (hot & cold) for easy refills during your stay • Complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks, and light snacks (bread & spreads) • Laundry area on the 2nd floor (shared washer & dryer) • Smart lock for easy self check-in Smoking is allowed only on the private balcony or outside the house. We kindly ask that all indoor areas remain smoke-free. During your stay We’re available via Airbnb messages if you need any help during your stay, and we’ll respond as soon as possible during the day. We also keep things easy so you can enjoy your trip with your own space and privacy.
