Cottage Drenthe among the birds

This nice three-bedroom cottage is located on a park in Spier, within walking distance of the forest. The cottage has been refurbished with a lot of love and has a large garden. You can enjoy the tranquility between the birds and squirrels. The park is under reconstruction, which makes it very quiet because there are few cottages currently, but it has no amenity and is dated. The space The cottage has three bedrooms; one master bedroom with two single beds, one bedstee with one double bed (140 x 200) and one bedroom with one double bed (140 x 200). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, gas cooker and extractor hood. The living room has a TV with chromecast so you can cast your own phone to the TV with the wifi network to watch your own channels. The garden has a nice outdoor shower and many beautiful sheltered places to enjoy the tranquility. The Weber BBQ can be taken out of the shed if desired and there is also a bike in the shed that can be used to, for example, cycle to the farmer for fresh eggs. Guest access Access goes through a lockbox. You will be given the code in advance of your stay and upon departure you will have to put the key back in the locker. Other things to note The cottage is less suitable for disabled people. There are lots of small thresholds and steps and the doorposts are quite narrow. This also makes it not the most ideal place for small crawling children. I have lovingly renovated the cottage, but it still has cracks, holes and other small obstacles that prevent your little one from crawling around carefree. Of course, all are welcome, but I like to mention that Additional fee upon booking is a total of €60,-. €45,- administration fee + €15.00 for cleaning fee. Local tax is included in the price (€1.55 per person per night and I will be deducting).
