In this quiet and cozy rural accommodation you will feel at home, located on the outskirts of Sueca between fields, step of the "EUROVELO" route 6km from the beach of Perello and Cullera, you can also walk from the train station in 14 min, it is composed of dining room/kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, you can enjoy the 500m2 that surround the house with its fruit trees and on request of a showcooking learned to cook an authentic local paella live!! The space El Camp is a self-sufficient house, since it does not use any external energy supplier for its operation, this property has reduced its electricity and water needs to the maximum and that minimum it needs is able to self-produce it with renewable energies and natural resources. It consists of two bedrooms, a master bedroom equipped with a 1.80 double bed, and another with a triple bunk bed that has a 1.35 double bed in its lower part and a 90cm bed in its upper part. It has a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower (currently no hot water) The kitchen is composed of a gas countertop and a refrigerator, although it is best to be able to cook on the barbecue on the outside, and enjoy the peace and the stars of the night Guest access During the summer months you can enjoy a small 4*3m swimming pool that does not have a water purifier, but is maintained every day Other things to note As we indicated, we can provide you with any type of food upon request, even cook for you with the best quality local products, and if you wish, we can cook an authentic Valencian paella or whatever you prefer.
