The home features three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with fresh linens, pillows, and cozy blankets to ensure a good night's sleep. There are two full bathrooms stocked with essential amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The spacious living room is perfect for gathering and includes a television for entertainment. You’ll also find a large dining area where everyone can enjoy meals together. Outside, Casa Plácida offers two porches — a cozy small porch for quiet moments, and a larger porch that's perfect for family gatherings, complete with a grill for outdoor cooking. Guest access Casa Plácida is a private home, and guests have full and exclusive access to the entire house during their stay. 🏡 Just a few steps away, guests can also enjoy the community amenities, available only for guests and owners of the complex. Other things to note Electricity Usage In Roatán, electricity costs are high, and it's important for us all to be mindful of our usage. Please remember to turn off the A/C and lights when leaving the house. 💡❄️ We provide a daily allowance of 65kW, and the electricity is charged at $0.40 per kW. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out, and if there is any additional consumption, the guest will be responsible for the extra cost.
