Tor San Lorenzo is a charming coastal town located in the Lazio region of Italy, not far from Rome and two international airports . The town is known for its beautiful beaches, relaxing atmosphere and proximity to both city life and nature. There is a wide range of restaurants where you can sample local specialities and enjoy a glass of wine in one of the many cosy bars. There are also great shopping opportunities with two large grocery stores, as well as smaller shops, cafés, pharmacies, etc. The space The house is 200 sqm. in three levels. It was built in 1980, and is continuously renovated, at the latest in 2024. All bedrooms and the living/dining room are air-conditioned. It is located on a 600 square meter fenced plot with garden and grass. The house is part of the Bougainvillea resort, where there is access to a large swimming pool with lifeguards (open June 15th -september 15th), tennis courts and other activities. The house is located one kilometer from shopping and 1.8 kilometers from the beach. Guest access The entire residence is available for use, with the exception of one room and the bathroom in the basement. The pool is open every day from June 15th to September 15th during the following hours: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Please note that the communal pool may be closed temporarily due to potential maintenance work or operational failures.) Other things to note We are a Danish family who enjoy visiting to Italy as often as we can, when we are in Italy we live in our beautiful house in Tor San Lorenzo. From here we have explored the amazing Italy with great joy, and many happy memories.
