Please call 30 minutes before your arrival so we can be ready to greet you. If your itinerary changes and you may arrive late, remember to call us. ⏰ Check-out: before 11:00 Please reluctantly say goodbye to the little room before 11:00, we know you will miss it. 🚭 No smoking in the entire B&B room and indoor common spaces, please smoke on the balcony or first floor to keep the air fresh and clean. 🚫 To maintain the quality and safety of the accommodation, illegal activities such as parties, drug use, alcohol abuse, betel nut chewing, gambling, etc. are prohibited. Violations will be reported directly to the police. 🌏 To be eco-friendly, we do not provide disposable items. 👉Deposit Information Please remit 50% of the room rate as a deposit within 3 days of booking to reserve the room smoothly. Please prepay the full amount during the Chinese New Year. Once the transfer is complete, please provide the last five digits of your account number so we can confirm the payment. If the remittance is not completed within the time limit, the reservation will be automatically canceled like a dream, and there will be no tears. 🌟 Equipment Deposit Description A security deposit of NT$3000 will be charged upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable after use and no damage to the equipment and items are returned to their place. If the damage is caused by human error and the original condition is not restored, the security deposit will be forfeited; if the damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, additional compensation will be required. ⚠️ Cancellation and Extension If you need to change or cancel your trip, please let us know a week before check-in and we can help you get a refund (a handling fee will be deducted) or keep the deposit for three months. If you do not inform us in advance, the deposit will be deducted in accordance with the standard contract of the Tourism Bureau. In the event of a natural disaster (such as a typhoon, earthquake) that is officially announced to be suspended, the deposit can be retained for three months. Safety is the most important thing, we understand.
