Welcome to the beautiful duplex apartment of our 1910 Art Nouveau villa! On a spacious 164 m², (2nd floor, spread over 2 floors), a stylish and light-flooded home awaits you – ideal for couples, families or small groups (2–9 people). All rooms are renovated and lovingly newly furnished. The apartment is quietly located in the idyllic Wiedtal in Neuwied-Niederbieber – in the countryside and yet in the immediate vicinity of many sights and natural highlights. The space 💏 The accommodation at a glance Here you will find to feel good: • Three cozy bedrooms for up to nine people: Two double bedrooms (extra bed possible) on the lower floor of the apartment + a sleeping area on the upper floor with a spacious family room (four people) • Two modern bathrooms: shower room + bathtub • A large living-dining kitchen – perfect for spending time together • A cozy living room with access to the porch • A spacious living room with a wood-burning stove • A spacious studio on the upper duplex floor with children's play corner - also ideal for small groups (workshops possible) to play or relax • A sunny veranda equipped with seating furniture: south side overlooking the countryside – enjoyment in the open air • Overall, high-quality furnishings with original plank floors, high ceilings, country house ambience and turn-of-the-century flair. Other things to note 🗓️ A few important details: o Our house is not the right place for wild parties – instead for a lot of enjoyment during hours together and versatile activities o No smoking inside the apartment o A narrow staircase leads to the upper floor to the four-bed room. Bags instead of suitcases are advisable here, similar to a spiral staircase. o Our cat Fritz also lives in the house. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, he does not have access to the apartment. 🗺️ Discover the surroundings!
