It's Nenad Fistonić Fista and I will be your host. I have been working in tourism for many years, hosting apartments and houses belonging to my friends and acquaintances, where I have gained a great deal of experience. I'm offering you my family home built in 1936, and I'm here for the first time as a host with my property. It was renovated last year and is modern. With a great touch of privacy and tranquility it can be a good base to explore a beautiful island like Hvar. The nearest beach is 3 kilometers away. The space The house consists of an apartment of 30 m2 and a courtyard of 20 m2. The apartment consists of a room, bathroom, living room with kitchen and a small pantry. The room has a beautiful view and there is a double bed under which there is a 160x200 cm luggage storage box. There's also a large closet with sliding doors, two nightstands with lamps and an air conditioner. The bathroom has a shower, radiator, fan, sink and toilet. The living room with a window and the kitchen are connected. In the living room there is air conditioning, a couch, a TV, a kitchen table with chairs. The kitchen consists of an oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, water heater and toaster. In the small pantry there is a washing machine, a boiler and a shoe rack. The courtyard is intended for socializing and rest and there is a sun lounger, parasol, chairs and a set for the courtyard. Guest access The guest has access to all the above spaces and a parking space in front of the house. Other things to note For many years I worked as a sales agent where I had top results. This was recognized by my friends and acquaintances and they gave me confidence in running their tourist facilities. Now, for the first time, I am running a family facility and I hope to justify your trust in all segments. This is an apartment that is located on the first floor of a family house and in front of it is a large yard. The guest will have complete discretion because the house is located in a village where there are not many residents and it is 3 kilometers away from the nearest beach. This property is intended for guests who like a quiet and somewhat isolated place, yet accessible to everything they need. For any other questions, I am at the guest's disposal.
