A spacious open concept kitchen and living room great for entertaining, multiple balconies to enjoy the beautiful Delaware sunsets, sip your morning coffee or enjoy watching the golfers. Also offering a bonus designated office space with a futon. High speed internet, smart tv's, a soaking tub in the owner's suite and so much more! Bring the whole family or a group, this home has enough space for everyone to enjoy!! Parking for up to four cars in the driveway. Overflow parking is available on side roads on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Bed Inventory: King - (Owner's Suite) - Top floor 2 Queens - (Bedroom #2) - Top floor Queen - (Bedroom #3) - First floor Queen - (Bedroom #4) - First floor ***Renters are responsible for paying to use the community amenities. 2026 Amenity Fees- In-Season (May 23rd - Sept1) Age 16+ Day Pass - $30 Week Pass - $125 Ages 6-15 Day Pass - $20 Week Pass - $85 All beds will be dressed in clean linens for your visit (Except bunkbeds where present) linen for bunkbeds will just be placed on the beds, each guest will receive a towel set (1 Bath towel and 1 Washcloth) - Each bathroom will have a hand towel, and the kitchen will have 2 dish cloths. We do not supply beach towels. IMPORTANT: This property does not receive package deliveries directly to the home from Amazon, Walmart, or other delivery services. Packages are typically delivered to the community mailbox cabinets instead. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the mailbox cabinets and are unable to retrieve packages on behalf of guests. Please plan accordingly and consider using a nearby Amazon Locker, package pickup location, or another delivery address during your stay. We cannot be responsible for packages that are delivered to the mailbox area and are not accessible to guests. The home has a small selection of beach chairs and a beach umbrella - please clean of all sand before returning them to the garage. This home does not have a grill. Guest access Guests access the main security gate via the internal system whereby the guest is added to the homes rental list. You will then be prompted to enter the internal community called the Veranda, where this home is located. Furthermore, access to the home is via a smart lock keypad on the front door, no keys needed. Smart lock codes will be given out the morning of your arrival. In addition, guests will have access to the garage through the inside of the home. Other things to note ***Renters are responsible for paying to use the community amenities. Please take trash and/or recycling to the curb Sunday night. Bring them back in the next day after pick up. We know this is not your trash, but the guests always take out for the previous week. Please let the manager know if anything is not right. We want to fix issues that arise while you are here. If we read about them in the review, it does not allow us the opportunity to make things right and allow you to have a great vacation.
