Welcome to Villa Duinvos, a newly built villa that is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. The house for 8 people has a bright spacious living room with a cozy large dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful, fenced garden and a terrace facing southwest. The space On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a modern kitchen, a dining area, a cozy sofa and a television. In addition to a toilet and bathroom, there are two bedrooms: one room is equipped with a double box spring bed. In the second room, there is a bunk bed. On the second floor, there are two more spacious bedrooms with double beds. You will also find a second bathroom with shower and toilet. A real luxury extra: all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning! Guest access The Villa is located in Duinland bungalow park. The park is located directly behind the dunes, about 900 meters from the beach and has several small playgrounds for children, a tennis court and table tennis tables. Guests of the park can use these for free. The park is in the resort village of Sint Maartenszee - a quiet coastal town. The dunes of Sint Maartenszee are extensive and accessible via a beautiful cycling and walking path. “De Goudvis” is a popular indoor and outdoor playground for children and is just a few minutes from the park.
