"The Hidden Gem" one bedroom home Private entrance

Relax and enjoy this calm, new one bedroom home located between Southampton and Fareham. A short walk to Swanwick train station. It has it's own private entrance , parking space and patio. Well located for local amenities, including pubs, cafe's, shops, chemist, parks, woodland walks, leisure centre with pool, cinema, the marina and Whiteley shopping centre. A short drive to Southampton cruise terminal. Easy distance for days out to The New Forest , Bournemouth and Gun Wharf Quays. The space One bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe with hangers, drawers, storage shelves and a dressing table. Direct access to a private patio with table and chairs. The main living room has a comfortable double sofa - which also is a sofa bed for up to an extra two guests for an additional minimal charge. (Please note when the sofabed is in use there is limited space in the living area.) There is a small table and two chairs (and two additional fold up chairs). The table could be used as a small desk. TV, a selection of books and games The small kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, air fryer, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and sink. The shower room is off the main living space with shower, basin and toilet. Guest access The property is an attached annexe to our family home but has it's own private entrance, own parking space and private patio with garden furniture. Other things to note Please park outside the Hidden Gem sign. This parking space is designated for our guests. There is a lockable side gate /side way from the front door to the patio area which could be useful for storing bikes/kayaks We are a busy family and our home is attached to the annexe, we always try and ensure you are not disturbed at all, but there may occassionally be some noise.
