Hi, I offer two bedrooms with double beds, ideal for a stay as a couple, friends or family. Please don't hesitate to contact me! The space The house is on one level, With a living room - dining room - kitchen - back kitchen. All overlooking the garden with large terrace. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms (mine remains closed and private and the other 2 available for your stay) and 1 office (which remains private unless there is a specific need or request to be discussed together – case of teleworking for example) a shared bathroom with shower and bathtub. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. Parking is available in my private and closed parking lot. Outside the whole plot is fenced, there is also a large terrace as well as a table, chairs and a sun lounger to be able to enjoy the outdoors quietly. Each room made available has 1 double bed, there is also a 2-seater extra bed in one of the bedrooms. Sheets are provided and upon arrival the beds are already made. I can also provide towels (€3/towel) as well as shower gel. My house is located: - 45 minutes from Puy du Fou - 1 hour 12 minutes from Futuroscope - 11 minutes from the Karting circuit - 25 minutes from the Oriental Park of Maulevrier - 1 hour from the Marais Poitevin - 35 minutes from Parc Aventure - 33 minutes from Pescalis - 43 minutes from Saumur Castle - 36 minutes from Doué La Fontaine Zoo - 10 minutes from Bressuire Castle - 48 minutes from Brézé Castle - 52 minutes from Saumur Castle and many other activities to discover nearby. please don't hesitate to contact me for more information, see you soon! Other things to note On some dates, not being present in the accommodation, the price has been set at the same rate as for my other listing for the entire accommodation. In this case, there is an additional bedroom available (which makes 3 bedrooms in total) with a double bed, which makes 8 beds in total. I provide linens and beds are already made upon arrival. Towels are not provided (unless requested by you: €3/towel) Breakfast is not included, however I leave you coffee (Senseo machine), tea, sugar etc. available. Furniture marked with a red dot is not available for what it contains. This is the house in which I live on a daily basis, so thank you for leaving the premises clean when you leave and respecting the neighborhood.
