This house is the perfect base for families who want to enjoy peace, space and comfort together – but also for adults who want to get away from it all in a green, rural environment just a stone's throw from bustling Breda. Living room & Kitchen The modern and spacious living room is stylishly furnished with multiple seating areas, a comfortable lounge sofa and beautiful views over the countryside. Here you can relax, read a book or enjoy a cozy movie night together. The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a luxurious cooking island. All equipment, dishes and cutlery are available, so you can easily cook extensively or prepare a delicious breakfast together. Layout & Amenities The house can accommodate up to 4 adults (e.g. parents or grandparents) and up to 3 children. There are two modern bathrooms and three separate toilets, so everyone has enough privacy. 1st floor: Spacious master bedroom with a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside. A quiet study room for those who want to work or read. First bathroom with all comforts. 2nd floor: Cozy children's room with three beds (including a bunk bed with 200 cm mattresses) and a toddler bed. Second bathroom. Extra playroom/bedroom with an extendable double bed (full mattress). Garden & Outdoor Living The large backyard is a wonderful place to relax together.
