Horse Stop

We have a 4 man tent available if needed, otherwise you need to provide your own camping gear. This site is for anyone needing space and time to give their horse and self a safe rest and stretch of the legs! We are located 13 mins directly North of the # 1 on HWY 47 out of Grenfell, SK. 10 mins to Crooked Lake, playground and public beach. This site has a wide open, very large pens for your horse to get out and move around. Barn stall included. The space This site has a wide open, very large pens for your horse to get out and move around. There is no shelter except for trees in one of the pens, however you have access to our clean barn with a big stall for your buddy. Fresh bedding provided. The gates are wide enough for vehicles and trailers to pull through and there is a lot of room on site to turn around. This site allows you to camp with your horse however you come prepared to do so! We do have a small tent for use if needed, otherwise its all your own gear for camping/ resting. We offer fresh water available to your horse for the duration of your stay, you will provide anything else it needs, as this is a safe rest spot. There is plenty of room for your camper, vehicles and anything else you are travelling through with. There is a fire pit available for your use, however if there is a fire ban in effect, we ask that you do not burn wood. We are pet friendly, dogs must be kept on a leash or tie out throughout the stay. Upon booking, guests acknowledge that they are assuming all risks associated with camping in an outdoor space area with prevalent wildlife and insects. There is always a risk of accident or injury when enjoying the great outdoors. Guest access Camp spot is located behind the quanset building, the pen is adjacent to the site. The pens connect through gates up to the barn.
