Situated by CP’s Park (5 mins) hosting great bars, music, events & restaurants. 🐶 🐱 A friendly dog & cat live here, can be kept out of way.👩🏼‍🎤🙋🏽‍♂️My partner & I are on hand to manage The space 🏠 A homely and creatively styled ground floor garden flat with two bedrooms, hallway, entrance hall, shared bathroom with bucket 🛁 , open plan living and kitchen space, patio leading out to large lovely garden. 🪴 🌳Our space is a tale of many travels and art. 🖼️ 🧖‍♀️In the garden, you’ll find our beautifully built wooden outdoor wellness space, a hand-made wooden structure with a sauna room (by Lee) and relaxed work out space 'Shantam' - where you can enjoy a lovely sauna (£) and take some time for yourself. Extra cost. 🌍 We believe in doing what we can for the environment. The flat is relatively toxic free and products used are mostly re fillable. Eco friendly, recycling and growing some of our own food is our thing. 🚭 This is a no smoking household. 🏃‍♀️We are healthy active individuals. 🚶 The flat is very close to transport links. 10 minute walk to main line trains into London and Clapham Junction. Buses galore and ten min walk to the 176 bus route that takes you straight into Tottenham Court Road. Walk to Crystal Palace train (12 mins) or Sydenham (10 mins) train to pick up the Windrush Line to take you into London. Or main line to London Bridge. 🚌 There is a bus stop right outside where the 450 bus stops and the 122. Go to Crystal Palace and then on to where you wish like Brixton. So buses straight to Peckham within walking distance. The number 3 bus from Crystal Palace (15 min walk or 5 mins on bus from outside flat- goes straight to Brixton where you can pick up the Victoria Line. 🌳🌲🌲🪾We are blessed to be near to parks. Five to ten minute walk to various gates that lead into the wonderful Crystal Palace Park. Also close by to Sydenham Wells park. 🦆 Guest access 🔑 We will provide you with a key for the main door and your room. You can access the space through the front door shown in picture. 🛌 Your bedroom access is through the flat hallway and the bedroom is on the right hand side at the end. The key to the bedroom door will be left in the lock for you. 🔐 There is a key box outside that we will give you the key 24 hours before arrival, and if I am in I will meet you and show your around. During your stay 👋 We are happy to interact and also keep ourselves to ourselves. Saffy our 🐶 and Nacho our 🐱 like to say hi but they can be kept out of your way where possible. ☕️ Welcome to chit chat over a coffee, and share our great knowledge of London and the surrounding area. Or enjoy the outside seating area with a 🍷 🧑‍🍳 The kitchen and bathroom 🚽 are shared so you’re welcome to enjoy and cook. 👩🏼‍🎤Rosanna is London born and bred and went to school in Wimbledon so her knowledge is extensive, and more so about art, music and culture, and also food and drink and can share some great London spots if you wish. I also write a local blog - you can follow me @SELondonBlog. 🧑🏽Lee is Vietnamese Chinese and grew up mainly in Brixton after moving from Hong Kong as a young boy. Other things to note ☕️ 🍻 🍷 We are in a great area with so many local pubs bars and cafes we will share those with you. So blessed with so many local green spaces. 🧹🧽 Please note the cleaning fee is £25 per stay, for up to seven days, if your stay is longer than 7 days you will be charged an extra £20 cleaning fee per week for each week added and we will need access to the room to clean, change bedding towelling etc. The kitchen, garden and bathroom are shared. You are welcome to cook in the kitchen. 🧖‍♀️There is a sauna on the property and a wellness and work out space with a pilates ball, and small weights and dumbell. You are welcome to use this area at an extra cost. Booking in advance for both is needed. Sauna is £25 per use. Pre booking needed with Rosanna or Lee. Sauna times to be discussed. The sauna is booked for 30 minute slots. You are welcome to use it for this time and will need to take the necessary precautions not to overheat. Drink plenty of water. Do not touch the hot stove. No glass or alcohol. Or if you are under the influence of alcohol access will be restricted. The sauna fee includes time, electricity to run the sauna and cleaning of the space once you’ve finished. There is a shower in the garden you can use wearing a bathing suit. Be aware this is a flat and people are upstairs. No
