For any questions or doubts, guests may inquire with a sales agent. Ukio may request documentation proving guests’ permanent residence and the reason for their stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To finalize reservations, a mandatory KYC process is required. Guests must provide ID verification, proof of residence, proof of solvency, and proof of the reason for their stay. By booking, guests acknowledge and consent to these requirements. Bookings cannot be accepted without these documents, and standard cancellation penalties will apply if the KYC process is not completed.
