A £100 fee will be charged to guests who misplace or fail to return the property key. No Parties allowed. Any damages/breakages wi be chargeable to yourselves. Smoking is strictly prohibited - if this rule is not adhered to there will be a fine of £150. There is an extra charge for pets, please contact us regarding this. If bringing a dog, guests must immediately clean up after it outdoors, thoroughly check the outside area before leaving, and prevent dogs from being on furniture or beds.
