Many different beaches are within visiting distance. Natural, adventurous and official family swimming areas with diving towers and ice cream kiosks. Central Flällbacka, Grebbestad and Havstenssund offer restaurants and shopping. By the sea you can snorkel and children can catch crabs. The space You are staying in the Red Ladan 1. It is one of two apartments in a newly built house that I built and designed myself. It's on my farm where there used to be an old Red Lada . My residential home is 18th century. The apartment is 70m2 divided in two floors. Downstairs there is a kitchen and bathroom/laundry and upstairs bedrooms. A master with King size bed for two people and a 120 bed and a 90 bed. The property has its own character where I decorated with an old style. The Red Barn is built with two apartments next to each other. It is not insulated; there is a slightly thicker interior wall between the apartments. But you will hear how someone is living on the other side of the wall, and even though there are private outdoor areas, you will also be close to each other on the outside. We hope you will enjoy your stay with neighbors nearby and that you will not feel disturbed. I also live next door with my three little dogs. There are fences between us, but you might hear them barking at some point. If you are terrified, please let me know and I will be with them when they go out. There are other friendly neighbors living nearby in the area. And there are many nice places in nature where you can be all alone. Look at Google Earth if you want to get a picture of the area? Despite the large number of people along the coast in the summer, there is a rich natural life on the peninsula. Everything from marine biology to birds of prey and moose. And the beautiful flora, of course! It is also a tourist destination with shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Guest access You will have free access to your apartment. There is everything you would need. I hope so. You have your own parking and your own garden to sit in. You bring your own bed linens and towels. You can rent a sheet package if you like. Other things to note My three little dogs live with me on the other side of the fence. They are usually a joy for children who visit me. They are very used to children and people, but if you are afraid of dogs, please let me know. There are neighbors nearby and there are a lot of people in nature during the high season but there are usually no problems getting along. And we who live here understand that many want to come! Other times of the year, such as spring and autumn, it is unbelievably quiet and the colors of nature are different. Please come then as well?
