House in Narbolia

The apartment is in the quiet and characteristic village of Narbolia, less than 20 km from the city of Oristano and only 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Is Arenas and S 'archittu. A few kilometers away are also the wonderful beaches of the Sinis peninsula, while around the village there are the hills of Montiferru and the pine forest of Is Arenas, ideal for pleasant walks. The area is well served, basic activities are within walking distance. The space This is a family home that we have chosen to make available to guests, maintaining and improving it over time to make it pleasant and functional. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living room, a small but well-equipped kitchen with everything you need (except a dishwasher), a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with two single beds, and a double bedroom. From the living room, you can access a small internal courtyard, where there are barbecues, an outdoor shower, a space for hanging laundry, a table with benches, and a hammock. The house is naturally cool, and all the windows have mosquito nets. There is no air conditioning; we provide a fan. A gas stove and a wood-burning fireplace are available in the colder months. Before you book This is a simple house. We take care of it carefully and try to improve it every year, but it is not a house designed for those looking for very modern spaces or hotel services.
