At the end of a private road, you will find yourself on the shores of Lac Sergent in complete privacy. Enjoy a sunny private dock, a perched spa to admire the view and a prime location to practice a multitude of activities nearby, all in nature! The property has an adjacent building for fun or teleworking in peace: ping pong, foosball, TV perfect for sports and movies, everything is there for a pleasant stay! The space Newly renovated, the house offers three bedrooms, a large living space with a high ceiling and a beautiful terrace that will become your favorite room in summer. Two kayaks are available on-site, as well as a pedal boat. The property also has an adjacent building - a garage converted into a family room with several games and a TV room. A teleworking space is also available and Wi-Fi is installed there. (work in progress, more photos to come) The famous Jacques-Cartier bike path is accessible by bike from the house, a few hundred meters away. Nearby is also the Duchesnay tourist resort where there are several options for activities: tree climbing, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, water sports, etc. The area is also known for its mountain bike trails, accessible about 15 minutes from the house. Also in the area, the Bras-du-Nord Valley; a beautiful site for hiking, river descent, mountain biking and much more! Take note: our steep terrain requires a 4X4 vehicle from November to April. Depending on your phone company, the signal may be weak or non-existent in some places on the property. Wi-Fi is available. Guest access 4x4 mandatory from November 1 to April 1 Other things to note No parties will be tolerated. Out of respect for our neighbors, any disrespectful behavior or excessive noise could result in eviction without notice. In the same vein, vehicles must respect a limit of 10 km/h on the private road. Children live there. A 4x4 vehicle is mandatory from November 1 to April 1, given the steepness of the terrain. Waste: garbage and recycling bins are at the entrance to the private road. It is the responsibility of tenants to bring their waste to the place provided for this purpose. Snow removal: a snowplow is provided for the vehicle portion. Access to the lake and entrances must be provided by the tenants. Shovels are provided for this purpose.
