Tucked beneath snowy cottonwoods along the St. Vrain River in Lyons, Colorado, our 20+ unique tiny homes offer families and groups a perfect mix of comfort, creativity, and connection. As winter settles in, gather on frosty lawns, play outdoor games, or roast s’mores around the firepit while stars twinkle overhead. Parents can unwind with hot cocoa in our welcoming lobby while kids explore and make new friends. Each home is thoughtfully designed—full of charm, character, and everything needed for a cozy stay. Just a short walk from downtown Lyons, enjoy festive restaurants, local art, and live music. With Boulder, Longmont, and Rocky Mountain National Park nearby, winter adventures are always close by. Whether it’s a reunion, a weekend with friends, or a family getaway, WeeCasa offers tiny living with room for big holiday memories. ✨ Guest access Guests will have convenient access to parking areas located just steps from the tiny home. Upon arrival, check-in takes place at the WeeShare House, located at the entrance to the property. Up to two keys will be provided at check-in. For added flexibility, self-check-in is also available with prior notice. Please note that there are other tiny homes available for rent on the property, so while your space is private, you'll be sharing the overall grounds with other guests. Other things to note WeeCasa Lyons is a unique tiny house resort with a variety of charming tiny homes to choose from, making it a perfect spot for couples, families, or anyone curious to experience the tiny house lifestyle—even if just for a few nights! Our 10-acre property serves as a quiet, private park for guests during the week, with open grassy areas, river access, and space to relax. On some weekends, the adjacent River Bend venue hosts weddings or events. While not every weekend is booked, guests may notice occasional activity, especially on Saturday afternoons and evenings. Shared outdoor spaces remain open for guest use throughout. If you're staying in a home with a loft, please take care when using the stairs. The railing is there to help, so feel free to use it for support. Like most tiny homes, the loft has limited headroom, so just keep that in mind as you move around. We want to make sure your stay is as safe and comfortable as it is memorable!
