Easy access from Dublin Airport and Dublin City: a 1hr 30min motorway drive through Wicklow to reach North Wexford, Exit 23 on M11. The space Excellent 4-bed detached, split-level residence on a mature private site in a secure gated development. Upstairs, there is a super-king bedroom ensuite and a two-single-bed twin room. Downstairs, there is a super-king bedroom and a two-single-bed twin room with a full bathroom and office desk wifi connection. The mid-level is a large living space that is open-plan with a sitting and dining room. The conservatory is an added extra space and has a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, and toilet. The private lawn garden stretches around the home, and the patio area faces south, ideal for BBQ. No party groups, as it's a quiet cul-de-sac area. Guest access Guests enter the complex via a locked gate, and access to the house is a key in a secure coded lockbox. All linen and towels are provided. Other things to note There is a cleaning charge of 60 euros on exit. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am
