Step inside this traditional Grade II listed cottage and you'll immediately feel at home. Enter into the snug sitting room, where inviting sofas, an inglenook fireplace and a television await. There are also two lovely armchairs for holiday reading. Whether you're curling up after a windswept walk across the moor or simply enjoying a quiet night in, this peaceful space offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Continue through to the characterful kitchen/dining area, complete with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher—everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy family breakfasts and plan your adventures with the help of a large wall map of Dartmoor National Park. Outside, you will find a separate WC and a utility room housing a washing machine, for your convenience. Upstairs, three delightful bedrooms await, each designed for restful sleep and country comfort. Bedroom one features a sumptuous king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, featuring a bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom two houses a comfortable double bed, while the other offers twin beds, ideal for children or friends. A well-appointed family bathroom with a shower cubicle, wash basin, and WC completes the upstairs accommodation. The mature garden is a true gem, it's private, fully enclosed, and brimming with natural beauty. The spacious lawn, ornamental pond, and trickling stream offer an idyllic backdrop for your morning coffee, evening sundowner, or alfresco dinners under the stars. Please ensure to supervise children at all times, due to the small pond and stream running alongside the garden .
