This wonderful cottage is ideal all year round for a family, small group of friends or couples enjoying a short stay or longer holiday. A well equipped kitchen opens up into a light and airy dining room with french doors leading to the sunny garden, perfect for an al fresco morning coffee and croissants, or late afternoon and evening dining. Being fully enclosed and secure, children and dogs can play safely while the wine chills and the sun goes down. The ground floor wet room is ideal for washing off the sand from a hard day at the beach! Upstairs are two inviting bedrooms, each with a glimpse of the sea. The master bedroom has a super-king zip and link bed giving the option to be converted into 3' twin beds on request. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, served by a family bathroom with bath and shower over. Tide Cottage offers the opportunity to spend quality time together in a comfortable space situated a short stroll from all the amenities the seaside village of West Runton has to offer. Whether you wish to walk the coast path, explore picturesque seaside villages and towns to the east and west, run the dog on expansive beaches, or simply enjoy a picnic packed full of fabulous local produce, then Tide Cottage is for you. Tide Cottage's sister cottage Golf Cottage is situated two doors up. This cottage sleeps six people, and both properties can be booked together if available. First Floor: Master bedroom With a super-king zip and link bed, with the option to convert to two 3' singles (please specify at time of booking) and a glimpse of the sea. Bedroom two With a king size bed and a glimpse of the sea. Family bathroom With a bath and shower over, wash basin and WC. Outside: Enclosed garden to the rear with garden furniture.
