Description
La Cà nova is a village in the Apennines that has remained unchanged for centuries. A place where traffic does not reach, children can play freely and where you can still drink water from the spring. The house has been restored trying to maintain its originality. The floors and ceilings are made of oak planks of the time. For our guests, the equipped garden and our chestnut woods with a large hammock suspended between the trees are available ideal for long stays and smart working The space The 'Ca' nova' is a late 16th century hamlet in the Modena Apennines. Our home retains the original oak floors and ceilings of the time, making it unique in its kind. Inside, on the ground floor there is the living area and kitchen with a wood stove and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The furnishings are all antique or modern. The garden outside is equipped with a large table, deckchairs, barbecue. In the woods a large hammock for 4 people suspended between the trees where you can isolate yourself immersed in nature. Guest access Guests have access to the house with its patio, the large equipped garden, the orchard and our woods of over 40,000 square meters where they can walk freely and rest in silence on our large hammock suspended between the trees. The source of drinking water of the village is available. Other things to note These places are still little known by mass tourism and therefore authentic. The area is rich in monuments such as castles and parish churches, charming villages still well preserved like ours. Even the local cuisine maintains its traditions unchanged.
