This is a cute patio suite with its own private entrance. Beautifully located by the Trans Canada Trail, only a 2 minute walk. A 10-15 walk to the hospital (CDH) using the trail. Or a 4 minute car drive. From the South drive over the Malahat and when you cross the bridge going into Duncan, turn on the 1st set of light onto Govt. follow this all the way thru the roundabout veering left. Left on Skinner then another left onto Stoneridge. From North, drive South & turn onto hwy 18 to Somenos. The space Completely private except the shared laundry & yard, this patio suite has a keyless entry. It is in the back fronting a beautiful patio & garden, which hosts a beautiful gazebo, a table & a little bistro set in your little area. It has just been renovated with a new toilet, floors, fridge & washer/dryer. Lots of yard for your pups (or cats) can romp in. Doing a little bit of landscaping but is lovely & peaceful. Guest access The whole suite is yours & yours alone. We only share a laundry room which is locked, so I can’t enter your place & you can’t enter mine. Other things to note When you drive straight down Somenos, go thru 2 roundabouts veering right.
