The White Villa: Enjoy a peaceful stay in a Villa 2br with your own ensuite bathroom. Each room features a cozy queen-size bed plus a double sizetrundle bed that easily pulls out to provide extra sleeping space. This charming villa features a cozy living room, a kitchen. Step right outside your doorstep and enjoy your own private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. The Hut: A cozy 1-bedroom space with its own shower and toilet downstairs , plus mini kitchen. The space ✅Our place : is located on top of a hill in Lambug, Badian. Having your own transportation is ideal to easily access nearby beaches, Moalboal, and other tourist spots. For your convenience, we also have 2 scooter motorbikes available for rent if you’re comfortable riding. The road going uphill is concrete but quite steep, so please take care when driving. We are about 8 minutes’ drive to Lambug Beach, 18 minutes to Kawasan Falls, and around 30 minutes to Moalboal ✅Bathroom : • Room 1 (ensuite) shower uses a solar hot water system, so hot water may not come out immediately. Once it does, the water can get very hot, and with solar systems the temperature can be a bit sensitive and harder to adjust. Please let the water run first and always test the temperature with your hand before showering to avoid burns. • Room 2 (ensuite)has a standard bathroom with normal (non-heated) water. • An outdoor hut bathroom is also available for guests, equipped with an electric hot shower. ✅For your safety, please be careful when walking on the outdoor patio, as the tiles may become slippery when wet. ✅Meals We don’t offer breakfast/meals at the moment. However, you’re welcome to bring your own supplies, and you can cook at our place. ✅Restaurants / Meals: The nearest restaurant is about an 8-minute drive from our place. It usually opens around 11:00 AM and closes at 9:00 PM. ✅Kawasan Canyoneering We can arrange Kawasan Canyoneering for PHP 2 100 per person. Just messageme if you like to book. Kindly avoid placing hot pots or pans directly on the island counter or wooden table, as this can cause damage. Early check-in may be possible if we do not have guests staying before your arrival, and late check-out can be accommodated if we do not have arriving guests on the same day.
