There will be no other guests. Other things to note ★ There is no front desk, so it is self check-in. ★ Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 10 am. ★ Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with a pet. For an additional 3,000 yen, you can have up to 3 pets. * Dogs only. Other animals are not allowed to stay. ★ Please be careful of kites and crows because it is along the sea. (They will attack you for food, so be sure to eat and drink under the roof. Be sure to put garbage in the trash can.) Important Notice ① No smoking in the building.　 (Smoking in the building will be fined 50,000 yen) ② Please be quiet from 9 pm to 7 am the next morning. Use of the garden after 9 pm is prohibited. (If the manager or police are dispatched due to a noise complaint, a fine of 20,000 yen will be charged) ③ Please do not take indoor garbage outside. ④ If you damage dishes, furniture, etc., please message me. ⑤ Moving furniture (beds, etc.) is strictly prohibited. ⑥ No cleaning will be done during your stay. ⑦ Toilet usage points Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper and cleaning sheets. Please do not put toilet paper in the trash can, but flush it. ⑧ Be considerate of your neighbors Please be as quiet as possible around the entrance of the building. Please be careful when smoking. ⑨ Check-out time: 10 am Cleaning will be done from 10 am, so please be sure to leave by 10 am. An extension fee will be charged after 10 am. (20% of the accommodation fee per hour) ★ Other: Please be sure to strictly observe the following rules. Violators may be subject to fines. 1. If the room is soiled due to improper use, we may charge an additional cleaning fee. 2. If we find out that equipment is lost or damaged, we may charge you for the cost. 3. If we find that more guests are staying than the number of guests registered, we will charge an additional 10,000 yen per person. 4. Please sort garbage as indicated on the trash cans. 5.
