We keep a commercial-grade high-performance air purifier running at all times to maintain clean air. To keep the bedding clean, we use a futon dryer and a futon vacuum cleaner each time, and we set it up with consideration for odors and bacteria. We also thoroughly clean the floors and other areas using high-temperature steam and other methods. We take the time to put ourselves in the shoes of the guests who will use this room and check whether it feels comfortable to them, and we have created a space where guests can feel at ease. You cannot access the sea from the property, but there is a beach right nearby. Nearby beaches: ・ Shikanoshima Beach (about a 3-minute drive) ・ Shimamaga-hama and Katsuma beaches (about a 10-minute drive) Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself. There will be no other guests. Other things to note ★ There is no front desk, so it is self check-in. ★ Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 10 am. ★ Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with a pet. For an additional 3,000 yen, you can have up to 3 pets. * Dogs only. Other animals are not allowed to stay. ★ Please be careful of kites and crows because it is along the sea. (They will attack you for food, so be sure to eat and drink under the roof. Be sure to put garbage in the trash can.) Important Notice ① No smoking in the building.　 (Smoking in the building will be fined 50,000 yen) ② Please be quiet from 9 pm to 7 am the next morning. Use of the garden after 9 pm is prohibited. (If the manager or police are dispatched due to a noise complaint, a fine of 20,000 yen will be charged) ③ Please do not take indoor garbage outside. ④ If you damage dishes, furniture, etc., please message me. ⑤ Moving furniture (beds, etc.) is strictly prohibited. ⑥ No cleaning will be done during your stay. ⑦ Toilet usage points Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper and cleaning sheets. Please do not put toilet paper in the trash can, but flush it. ⑧ Be considerate of your neighbors Please be as quiet as possible around the entrance of the building. Please be careful when smoking. ⑨ Check-out time: 10 am Cleaning will be done from 10 am, so please be sure to leave by 10 am. An extension fee will be charged after 10 am.
