We also provide complimentary breakfast as per the guests/rooms entered during booking. There is a shared lobby area but no kitchen. The space We have 6 rooms available and the room allocation is as follows: 1-2 guests: 1 room 3-4 guests: 2 rooms 5-6 guests: 3 rooms 7-8 guests: 4 rooms 9-10 guests: 5 rooms 11-12 guests: 6 rooms If you want to put in an extra bed in an existing room Eg. 3 guests sharing 1 room, please choose just 2 guests and you can pay for an extra bed and addl. breakfast at check-in. Thanks! Guest access The building is a NO SMOKING building but guests can smoke just outside the building. Guests have access to their rooms and the common lobby area, the parking space and 2 restaurants on-site. During your stay There's a caretaker on-site and we are always reachable on phone/messaging.
