Sharrow Bungalow is part of a small complex of 6 self catering cottages know as Wringford Cottages. It is set in the grounds of a stone farmhouse house on the South coast of Cornwall on the Rame Peninsula - an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This property has been recently refurbished to accommodate 8 guests and provides four bedrooms - two double bedrooms with kingsize beds and two twin bedrooms with two 3ft beds in each. There is a new kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and two new bathrooms. The light and airy open plan kitchen / dining / living room now has full width bi-fold doors to the patio. Outside there is a large covered seating area with BBQ, decking area with outdoor furniture and views towards Plymouth Sound. On site there is a heated swimming pool (Apr-Oct), tennis court and games room. Located on the edge of the Mount Edgcumbe Country Park, the villages of Cawsand & Kingsand are a 10 minute walk down a public footpath. Whitsand Bay offering 4 miles of sandy beach backed by cliffs is a 2 minute drive. There is parking immediately adjacent to the bungalow with additional onsite parking closely. All linen is provided and is changed weekly. Towels are also provided and are changed bi-weekly. Please bring your own towels for the pool & beach. In addition, there is a shared laundry on site with 2 washing machines & driers for guest use on an honesty pot basis.
