Welcome to our family home, a typical old village farmhouse in the Charente, (partially) renovated by us. Located in Paizay-Naudouin, a few kilometers from Ruffec, it is a friendly and warm house. It offers a peaceful setting, without neighbors, perfect for recharging your batteries with family or friends. Renovated while respecting its authentic character, the mottled decor gives it a slightly raw charm. The house is 200 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people The space 1 dormitory (3 single beds – 4 people) 1 large bedroom (2 beds – 3 people, ideal for a family) 1 cozy boudoir (double bed – 2 people) 1 bathroom 1 separate toilet Baby cot and stroller available Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Fiber optics connection Outside: Private outdoor pool Barbecue available 4 bikes (with 2 child seats) Large garden divided into two spaces, partially furnished and still being organized – but fully accessible and pleasant to live in. A simple, generous place, perfect for two families. Located a few minutes from Ruffec: swimming, canoeing, walking or cycling in the heart of the Charente countryside. Guest access To park: A porch on the side of the house allows you to park your vehicle behind a closed gate. There are also parking spaces in the village square near the town hall (100 m away) Train access: The nearest TER station is in Ruffec (25 min by car) The nearest TGV station is in Angoulème (45 min by car) Other things to note IMPORTANT / NOCTURNAL NOISE: please pay attention to noise and music in the evening. Respect the neighborhood, it's a quiet village. Noise carries and the immediate neighbors hear everything. After 10 p.m. please keep the music inside the house and do not shout in the garden. Thank you for understanding / - Garden of about 1000 m2 with fairly dense vegetation: laurel, fruit trees (plums, apples, quinces, vines...), bamboo, wisteria... - Swimming pool of 10 m2 of surface and 1m40 deep. Secured by a bar cover to be closed when the pool is not in use. - Fun activities to do in the surrounding area: Château de Saveille (14th/19th century), Chassagne farm (organic bread + local producers' market), several goat farms, village of Verteuil (11th/19th century castle + shops and restaurants), swimming + canoeing in Rejallant, many flea markets in summer, bike rides (We provide 5 bikes including 2 equipped with child seats)
