Welcome to our family home, an old village farmhouse typical of the Charente, renovated (partially) by us. Located in Paizay-Naudouin, a few km from Ruffec, it is a friendly and warm house. It offers a peaceful setting, without vis-à-vis, perfect for relaxing for families or groups of friends. Renovated with respect for its authentic character, the heathered decor gives it a slightly raw charm. The house is 200 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people The space 1 dorm (3 single beds – 4 people) 1 large bedroom (2 beds – 3 people, ideal for a family) 1 cozy boudoir (double bed – 2 people) 1 shower room 1 separate WC Crib and cane stroller available Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Fiber connection Outside: Private outdoor pool BBQ grill available 4 bikes (with 2 child seats) Large garden divided into two spaces, partially furnished and still being organized – but fully accessible and comfortable to stay in. A simple, generous place, perfect for two families. Located a few minutes from Ruffec: swimming, canoeing, walking or cycling in the heart of the Charente countryside. Guest access To park: A porch on the side of the house allows you to park your vehicle behind a closed gate. There are also parking spaces on the village square near the town hall (100m away) Train access: The nearest TER station is in Ruffec (25 min drive) The nearby TGV station is in Angoulème (45 min by car) Other things to note IMPORTANT/NIGHT NOISE: please be mindful of noise and music in the evening. Respect the neighborhood, it's a quiet village. Noise carries and the immediate neighbors hear everything. After 10 p.m. please keep the music inside the house and do not shout in the garden. Thank you for your understanding. / - Garden of about 1000 m2 with fairly dense vegetation: laurels, fruit trees (plum trees, apple trees, cognassiers, vines...), bamboo, wisteria... - Pool of 10 m2 of surface and 1m40 of depth. Secured by a bar cover to close when the pool is not in use. - Nice activities to do in the surrounding area: Château de Saveille (14th / 19th century), Chassagne farm (organic bread + local farmers' market), several goats, village of Verteuil (Château XIeme / 19th century + shops and restaurants), swimming + canoe in Rejallant, many flea markets in summer, bike rides (We provide 5 bikes including 2 equipped with child seats)
