The space The estate offers 5 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, and 2 fully equipped kitchens suitable for group stays, as well as spacious shared living areas Set across two neighboring and independent character homes: Cherlieu and Christal. Depending on the season, meals and gatherings take place: Low season (October to April): in a dining room accommodating up to 18 guests. High season (May to September): in a large 70 m² reception hall, fully equipped to host 35 to 40 guests, allowing gatherings and meetings in complete freedom. Outdoor amenities include: a seasonal swimming pool, private gardens with outdoor furniture, barbecues and a fire pit (brasero), a large play area, private parking, and dedicated spaces for camper vans. ⚠️ The swimming pool is not supervised. Children must be constantly supervised by a responsible adult. Large grassy areas, garden furniture, barbecues, and a fire pit (depending on the house). Guest access Accés : the two independent houses (Cherlieu and Christal), all private outdoor areas of the property, the private above-ground wooden swimming pool (accessible from mi-june to aout, the shared common area, depending on the season: from October to April: the Cherlieu main living room, from May to September: La Grange, a 70 sqm hall. Access is easy and convenient, and private parking for several vehicles is available within the property.
