Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay at a Family Owned caravan park with a difference! The Foxhunter Caravan Park has been welcoming guests since the 70s. Our lovely outdoor heated pool and shallow children's pool are perfect for a splashy day, and you can unwind in the hot tub or freshen up in our showers and changing rooms. *** in the caravan, there is one hand towel provided... so please ensure you bring bath towels with you on your stay*** The space Our caravans are fully equipped with everything you need, from a slow cooker to a coffee machine. We've got you covered whatever the weather. To get you started, we've included complimentary milk, tea, and coffee/ sugar. There's tea towels, cloths, and washing up liquid to make your stay as comfortable as possible; including cleaning stuff under the sink. There will always be a soft blanket there too, plus a TV and some toys scattered around. Find two singles in one room and a beautifully large double in another; with its on - suite. Theres also a beautiful open plan kifchen / living room area wither sofa bed - with two French doors that both open onto a large wrap around decking . You’ll find a beautiful outside sofa and a small table for four. (The umbrella can be found next to the sofa - where those beautiful French doors are) The caravan has a air conditioning and gas central heating. The beautiful kitchen has Crockery, Cutlery, Glasses & Utensils provided (along side children's plastic cups) Microwave, Kettle & Toaster Pots & Pans Oven & Hob Fridge with Freezer compartment Pillows & Linen included Beds made on arrival Bathroom & En-Suite (toliet roll supplied as complimentary, although if you wished to leave a couple of rolls, i wouldnt complain :) Welcome to Foxhunter Caravan Park — the family-run getaway that proves “retro” is just another word for “seriously charming.” Established back in the groovy ’70s, our park features an outdoor heated pool (open May to September) and a shallow kids’ pool right beside it. Think of it as your own little slice of summer, complete with showers and toilets conveniently tucked behind. it's had a recent refurbishment and more work is due to take place at the end of this year, adding a gym and a small spa next to the already, amazing pool area- with pool side bar. Off-season, it’s peaceful enough to hear yourself think. But come peak season? The place wakes up and hums with life. No matter when you visit, the FOX clubhouse/restaurant is the social heart of the action, with a bar that stays open even when the pool’s off-limits. (Pro tip: the bar is its own entrance, so your thirst is never out of season; with singers, bands and even comedians throughout the entire year, do not fear - there's always something on at the Foxhunter. The caravan itself? She’s got a little vintage to be flair, but don’t call her old, she's much younger than the park itself — call her cozy and full of personality. (Made in 2007 but has got loads of life in it yet!) Sleeps six (and a half, if you count the cot). There’s a fold-out sofa bed in the living room, so whether you’re a family or just a group of friends who don’t mind sharing, you’re covered. Need a cot for a tiny traveller? Just let me know when you book. The caravan has one big double bedroom- with a on - suit toliet and the second room has two singles, with storage. (There is a pull out sofa bed in the sofa too - so will sleep 6 people comfortably) The kitchen is open planned and connects beautifully to the living room area, with not only the side door entrance, but two French doors that open up to large patio area. Feel free to invite friends over for the day — just remember, visitor passes go through me before your trip. And unlike those other holiday parks, you don’t need to reserve time at the pool. Just show up and dive in; use it for as long as you want. (more pictures and arrival instructions all being added in the next week - any questions, please feel free to message. ) Guest access Guests are very welcome to come and visit you on the park, but if you could pop £20 somewhere in the van - when you leave, just as a day visit contribution; that would be amazing :) Please enjoy the park behind the caravan park too. (There are some picnic benches and some incredible trees) Other things to note The swimming pool being heated and outside, is open during may - September. Please do message me at the time of booking if you wanna use it - because sometimes its open earlier and closed later - due to weather conditions:) You also don't need to book the pool either, just turn up and enjoy.
