Room #1, #2 + one parking space

Dear guests, We – Kaspar and Lea – are very excited to continue the guest rooms of Kaspar's grandparents - Erika and Ortwin. The listing includes two bedrooms on the ground floor/basement, each with its own bathroom and window. Room #1 offers a large double bed, room #2 a double bed and a folding bed. Depending on the space, you are welcome to park two cars in the parking lot of room #1 (please keep the garage clear). The space With rooms # 1 & # 2, we offer two inexpensive and cozy rooms that are especially suitable for short stays. Unfortunately, there is no assigned parking space on the property for room #2, which is why we ask you (if the parking space of room #1 is not sufficient for shared use) to park on the street in front of the house in the marked areas or in the church parking spaces (pictures will be sent with the guest folder). If you would like to arrive by bicycle/motorcycle, please let us know in advance – we will be happy to take care of a suitable shelter. Directly behind the house, a playground invites you to linger. Restaurants, gas stations, wine bars, supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi) and the local bakery are close by in Waldböckelheim – usually within easy walking distance. We ask for your understanding that there is an absolute ban on smoking throughout the house. Outside you are welcome to use the chill/smoking area. If you need additional chairs, please let us know :) Guest access We ask that you only use the rooms specified in the listing, as Kaspars' grandparents live in the rest of the house. They are very warm and welcoming, but we want to avoid them being surprised by unexpected visitors in their living area. Thank you for your understanding! During your stay Before, during, and after your stay, we are usually available at all times via Airbnb chat and strive to respond as soon as possible. If there is anything urgent, please do not hesitate to call us. Other things to note We are currently offering our rooms at a cheaper price because they are already a bit older. A renovation is planned in the coming years – and we would like to involve our guests! Our idea: thematically designed rooms around the theme of wine. In each room there is a book in which you can enter your wishes, thoughts or creative ideas for future design. We are very excited about your inspiration!
