The space The Garden The property benefits from a charming, mature cottage garden - please note, however, that it is not directly adjacent to the house. The garden is reached on foot via a narrow, grassy pathway that runs alongside the neighbouring property and past several other garden plots, with the garden itself situated at the far end (roughly a one-to-two-minute walk). The path is unpaved and can be uneven and slippery underfoot, particularly after rain, so sturdy footwear is recommended. Access may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility, wheelchair users, or pushchairs, and children should be accompanied, as the route passes close to neighbouring gardens and is not fully enclosed. Please also note that the next-door neighbour has a right of way past the back door of the property to access their own garden. This is used infrequently, but guests may occasionally see the neighbour passing by. We also have a gardener who kindly looks after the garden, so you may see them tending to it from time to time. Once there, the garden is a peaceful spot to relax - a traditional lawned cottage garden with mature trees and shrubs, ferns, seasonal flower borders and a bench for enjoying the sunshine. We ask guests to be respectful of neighbours when coming and going along the shared route. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage and garden.
