The cabin consists of an older, timber-framed section, a more recently built section and an annex, making it ideal for larger families and groups of friends. There are plenty of opportunities for socializing around the dining table or on the sofa, as well as retreating to the annex or one of the bedrooms for some private time. The space In the living room, the timber structure in natural wood colors is strong, creating a warm and atmospheric atmosphere where you can really feel the cabin feeling. The rest of the cabin is characterized by modern solutions, which together with the traditional elements give a charming expression. Enjoy long evenings in each other's company around the large sofa in the TV room and feel the warm atmosphere. Outside the cabin, there are also plenty of opportunities for socializing, with a charming conservatory where you can enjoy a good meal or late evenings whatever the weather. On the terrace, you'll also find a jacuzzi where you can soak in the warmth while enjoying the view of the beautiful landscape. Just below the cabin is the beautiful lake Vågåvatnet, where you can rent both a boat and a floating sauna. The cabin is close to Jotunheimen, where high peaks and challenging hikes can provide opportunities to feel a sense of accomplishment. A short drive from the cabin you'll find popular tourist attractions such as Lom and Otta, and the beautiful Sjodalen valley, where you can enjoy the spectacular landscape. Ski resorts nearby: approx. 23 min to Lemonsjø Alpinsenter. Meet Sigurd We are a family of two adults and five children who own this cabin in Vågå. The cabin has been handed down to us and is a place the whole family is very fond of. The peaceful location gives us tranquility, especially when we enjoy the view. We look forward to welcoming you to our cabin. When we are at the cabin, the children like to visit the nearby Brimiskogen climbing park. At the cabin, we also have endless hiking opportunities in all directions, and are happy to take a forest or mountain hike to Blåhøe or Finndalen, where we enjoy the beautiful wide landscape.
