The dining room, veranda side, with its elegant table, allows to share convivial meals. The living room, welcoming and comfortable, has a large sofa corner, ideal to relax after a day of discovery. or work. The room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi access, for your comfort and entertainment. The refined decoration and quality materials create a warm atmosphere, enhanced by large windows allowing natural light to penetrate. The house has three spacious bedrooms, each designed to offer maximum tranquility and relaxation. The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and are also bright. One offers two single beds (90x200) and two desks to work serenely. The other room has a queen-size bed, with convenient storage for your clothes. A sofa bed (140x190) can also accommodate 2 additional people (2 children or one adult) on the floor. Outside, the house has a nice landscaped space to fully enjoy the surrounding calm. A friendly garden invites you to relax in the open air, ideal for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif in peace. The built-in BBQ also allows you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the natural setting. The garden and fenced for safety of children er animals. We also provide for our friends animals a cushion and bowls. Guest access Travellers have access to the entire house. A secure parking space is allocated for them. The garden in front of the veranda is private and the rest of the garden is shared with the adjoining housing. By car, access A36 motorway in 5 min. By public transport, very well connected accommodation: - Bus 2 minutes walk, with the high frequency line 3 directly serving the TGV station (25 min), the northern hospital Franche Comté (19 min), the UTBM-sites of Sevenans and Belfort (15 min each), the city center of Belfort and its train station (11 min), commercial area of Andelnans (9 minutes). - Danjoutin station is a 5-minute walk away, with direct connection to the TGV station and Belfort ville station on the Franco-Swiss line Belfort-Delémont. Other things to note The barbecue provided must be cleaned by you upon your departure, the products and sponges are at your disposal.
