You may smoke outside only, away from doors/windows. No Parties or Events No parties, events, or loud gatherings are allowed. Registered Guests Only Max 2 guests. Visitors are welcome with prior notice, but no unregistered overnight guests. Quiet Hours Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Respect the Space Please treat the space as your own.
