Close to Towcester, Silverstone and not far from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Oxford and the Cotswolds. 3 generous double bedrooms sleep 6 adults, plus one child’s bedroom (sleeps 1). Spacious living room and kitchen, plus large garden and outdoor seating area. The space This is a grade 2 listed building which has been totally renovated over recent years. The rooms are spread over 3 floors and provide modern living facilities in a characterful house. The property has 3 double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Please note the single bed is a child’s bed and not suitable for adults. Two bathrooms are located on the first floor. The garden is equipped with a dining area with seating for 6 persons and a big green egg type oven/bbq for cooking. There is parking for 3 cars within the driveway parking area. Guest access Access to the property is via keys located in a locked key box. Other things to note Please note this house is our home where we live with our two dogs. The entire house will be available for you but you will still have our personal belongings scattered around! It is not a holiday home as such so some cupboards and drawers etc will not be available.for your use. There will however be some wardrobe and draw space available for you to use.
