Our stylish holiday apartment with roof terrace combines modern new-build comfort with high-quality, thoughtful furnishings. Spanning 68 m², it offers generous space for couples or small families. The apartment features a double bed, a single bed and a pull-out bed. Upon request, comprehensive baby equipment is available. A fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as Wi-Fi, internet TV, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are all included. The space Located in the heart of the historic old town, our holiday apartment—opened in May 2025—offers a wonderful view over the rooftops of Riedenburg. It is ideal for couples or small families who wish to experience the unique charm of the old town. Cozy cafés and restaurants, traditional pubs, beer gardens, ice cream parlors, bakeries, a cheese shop and a stationery store are all just steps away—everything you need for your stay without ever having to use your car. Explore the surroundings on foot, whether strolling around the town pond, cycling along the Rhine–Main–Danube Canal, or hiking up to Rosenburg Castle with its famous falconry show. Children will also feel right at home, enjoying the Kneipp water-treading facility, mini golf, the knight-themed playground, or the beer garden with petting zoo. All of this is easily accessible thanks to the central old town location. After a five-minute drive, you can reach the summer toboggan run for an exciting ride on the Altmühlbob or a high-ropes climbing adventure at dizzying heights, followed by a refreshing swim at nearby Lake St. Agatha.
