Here, you can enjoy the calm of the countryside, evenings in the courtyard, and a comfortable interior designed for stays without constraints. The space The house can accommodate up to 5 guests and consists of: 🛏️ 2 comfortable bedrooms equipped with 2 large 1-meter column fans: blue bedroom with 180x200 bed, green bedroom with 140/200 and 90x190 beds. 🛋️ A bright living room with a vintage-style dining area 🍳 A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, laundry dryer,microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle) 🚿 Functional bathroom (large 170x80 shower) 🌞 A private courtyard 35m2, perfect for outdoor dining with barbecue and large table. The recent renovation brings modern comfort and vintage Breton charm, much appreciated by our guests. 📍 Perfect location to discover the region 🏖️ Beaches: Multiple beaches 6kms away 🚶‍♂️ Hiking & nature nearby GR 34. 🏛️ Tréguier, Perros-Guirec, Pink Granite Coast, Paimpol easily accessible 🛒 Nearby shops (breakfast, groceries, bread, pastries across the street 50 m away, pizza delivery, prepared meals 24 hours a day 2 minutes away, supermarket 5 minutes away) Guest access the entire 60 m2 house and 35 m2 courtyard is at your disposal. Self check-in possible (lockbox) or physical reception by the owners. Other things to note Semi-detached house on one side but unoccupied. Breakfast is 50m away at the "gust of the wind". Bedding provided and beds prepared. Large towels and small bath towels provided. Towels and cleaning kit is provided. Robot vacuum cleaner and wired vacuum cleaner on site. Standard filter coffee maker. The following basic products are provided as a backup for the first night and will not be replenished during the stay: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, coffee and filters, 1 roll of toilet paper. We live nearby if needed. A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the surroundings.
